1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated at the checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
3. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are determined based on the weight of the items, the selected shipping method, and the delivery location. The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before the payment process is completed.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package through our designated courier's website.

Delivery Issues: While we strive to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. 7. Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to redirect the package.

returns POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or sample orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
